The project began with analyzing the existing dashboard experience, identifying usability issues, and understanding the needs of business users. This phase helped uncover opportunities to simplify workflows, improve access to information, and establish clear design objectives for the redesign.
Based on the research insights, I developed a design concept focused on creating a cleaner, more intuitive, and scalable dashboard experience. The concept established the visual direction, interaction principles, and information structure that guided the rest of the design process.
